Welcome to Verixa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, website, and any related services provided by Verixa GmbH ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Austria with registration number 59041826.

By accessing our website at verixa.world, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Verixa GmbH. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Verixa operates a restaurant located at Währinger Straße 171, 9010 Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria. Our services include:

• Table reservations and booking management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Reservations and Booking Policy

When making a reservation at Verixa, the following terms apply:

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from our staff via email or telephone
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in charges
• No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time may result in cancellation of your table
• Group Bookings: Parties of 8 or more may require a deposit and are subject to special terms
• Special Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, including for inappropriate behaviour or breach of these Terms.

User Obligations

When using our services or visiting our restaurant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
• Behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons
• Comply with our restaurant policies and applicable laws
• Pay for all services rendered in accordance with our pricing
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
• Respect our property and the property of other guests
• Follow health and safety guidelines as required

Violation of these obligations may result in termination of service and removal from the premises.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon receipt of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment systems as available.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For group bookings or special events, deposits may be required, and specific payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, are the property of Verixa GmbH or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

The Verixa name and logo are trademarks of Verixa GmbH. You may not use our trademarks without our express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verixa GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take reasonable care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

Customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking and again when ordering. We recommend consulting with our staff about ingredients and preparation methods.

You acknowledge that you dine at your own risk regarding allergens, and we cannot be held liable for allergic reactions unless caused by our gross negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms
